Client Portal Authentication

Log in to the encrypted EcoVPN client portal to access your configurations, account tier, support functions, and metadata footprint. This entry point is gated via your sponsor-issued credentials.

Step 1: Visit the Client Portal

Open /client/sign-in.html in your browser. Access requires a valid referral - if you’ve not received credentials, request one from a Tier 2+ sponsor.

Step 2: Enter Credentials

  • Username: Provided by your sponsor or referral glyph
  • Password: Encrypted token or passphrase (single-use or persistent)

EcoVPN does not support open password resets - credential regeneration must be sponsor-approved.

Step 3: Navigate Your Dashboard

Once authenticated, you'll be presented with:

  • Available configuration slots
  • Deployment zone options
  • Billing activity (if applicable)
  • Referral tier view and invitation controls

Session Expiry

  • Sessions may time out after inactivity or cryptographic mismatch
  • If expired, revisit /client/sign-in.html and re-authenticate
  • Locked out? Contact your sponsor to reissue access

Security Notes

  • EcoVPN sessions are hashed and scoped to jurisdiction
  • Credential reuse across regions may be disabled based on sponsor policy
  • Multi-device login requires slot expansion or Tier 2+ privileges
