Billing & Subscription Settings

EcoVPN billing is encrypted, scoped to referral logic, and aligned with node deployment exposure. This guide walks through how subscription settings are managed inside the client dashboard.

Step 1: Access Billing Panel

Log in via /client/sign-in.html and navigate to BillingSubscription Settings.

Step 2: Subscription Tier Logic

  • Tier 1: Basic access - single config, monthly billing
  • Tier 2: Multi-jurisdiction routing with enhanced slot support
  • Tier 3: Operator-level billing - includes referral provisioning infrastructure

Step 3: Updating Payment Method

Within the billing settings interface:

  • Select new payment source (encrypted card token or linked sponsor)
  • Apply update - billing will resume based on config activity
  • Multi-tier overrides may trigger billing realignment depending on slot usage

Step 4: Viewing Billing History

  • View invoice logs and jurisdiction flags per configuration
  • Referral-issued billing tokens appear under “Sponsor Ledger”
  • Activity audits available to Tier 3 operators

Billing Support

If payment fails or access is revoked due to inactivity:

  • Submit a support ticket requesting tunnel reactivation
  • Include your referral source and active node region
  • EcoVPN will issue recovery credentials or token realignment as needed
