Static IP Activation Fees

• Tier 1 users cannot request static IPs
• Tier 2 users may submit one-off requests subject to sponsor approval
• Tier 3 users may deploy via dashboard tools without additional verification
• Fees vary by jurisdiction - EU, US, and Singapore IPs billed at standard rate
• Sponsor-backed IPs are invoice-suppressed if metadata aligned

Rollover & Expiry

• Dedicated IPs expire after 90 days unless reissued
• Auto-rollover occurs if tunnel remains active and referral signal valid
• Suppressed IPs (due to abuse or compromise) cannot be restored
• Reverse DNS tagging available upon request - sponsor may decline

Managing Your IP

• View static IP in your client dashboard under “Tunnel Metadata”
• Billing appears under “Infrastructure Items” in /client/invoice.html
• Revoke or rotate IP via Help Centre → Contact → Billing Request
• Tier 3 users may self-manage static endpoint lifecycles

Important Notes

• Static endpoints can be fingerprinted - rotate if your use case requires stealth
• Not all nodes support dedicated IPs - fallback zones route dynamically
• Static billing does not include infrastructure diagnostics - telemetry billed separately
