How to Initiate Secure Contact

EcoVPN does not offer public contact portals or email support. Instead, secure contact begins after a sponsor issues a glyph. If the glyph includes voice metadata or access details, EcoVPN initiates communication directly, the new operator does not reach out independently.

How It Works

  • Tier 2+ sponsors issue glyphs with embedded metadata, including contact info
  • EcoVPN verifies the glyph, the operator’s intent, and the sponsor’s lineage
  • If approved, EcoVPN reaches out via encrypted voice channel, silently
  • There is no login screen or public submission form, all routing is internal
