• Tier 1: One config slot, no infrastructure control
• Tier 2: Multi-slot, referral permissions, DNS and config tools
• Tier 3: Infrastructure stewardship - deployment, override, global fallback logic

Upgrade Eligibility

• Issued at sponsor discretion only
• Requires clean usage history - no config anomalies or signal drift
• Glyph integrity checked - referral behavior must reflect encrypted trust
• Static IP requests, slot expansions, and suppression logic may trigger eligibility review

How to Request Tier 2

• Contact your sponsor via encrypted voice or signed message
• Include uptime screenshots and infrastructure tags if applicable
• Referral dashboard will show updated Tier after elevation
• Billing will automatically reflect added privileges and slot expansions

Tier Upgrade Fees

• Tier upgrades do not carry direct fees
• New privileges may enable infrastructure features that add cost - e.g. static IPs or jurisdiction routing
• Sponsorship determines whether costs are covered or invoiced to user
